The lower part of the contract contains eleven clauses, which are the clauses agreed upon between the company and the client, and they are read carefully and carefully by the tenant, and they govern the relationship between the company and the tenant in everything in terms of:
the price of the car.
Rental price.
The permissible kilometer and the price of extra kilos.
Acknowledgment of receiving a car
The acknowledgment of receiving a car, as shown in the image below, is an acknowledgment from the renter that he has received the car from such and such a date, and therefore he is criminally and civilly responsible for it from the date of receiving the car. In addition, he acknowledges that, for example, he has no right to load the car with any kind of materials. prohibited and in violation of the law, and therefore he is fully aware of all Egyptian traffic laws, and the declaration also contains a form of the car from the four sides, in order to prove it in the declaration if there are any scratches in the car, and this is for the safety of the renter, as he will hand over the car again
Third: a trust receipt for the value of the car
The trust receipt is nothing but a guarantee paper for the company until the car is returned again in the condition in which it was received, and it is recovered immediately upon delivery of the car.
